Lajos Tihanyi – A bohème painter in Budapest, Berlin and Paris

The Kovács Gábor Art Foundation presents the oeuvre of one of the most outstanding Hungarian avantgarde painters, Lajos Tihanyi at a great exhibition in summer 2012.
Following the 1919 Soviet Republic, Tihanyi left the country, he lived in Vienna, Berlin and Paris. His art and walk of life offer numberless topics, of which the most important ones will be discussed in three lectures.
